A. For insulated cooler bag items,we have certification under testing of EN-12546-2.
Q. Do you have any kind of audit for your factory?
A. Our factory has the audit under BSCI, Sedex.
Q. Do you charge if we ask you to send us the samples?
A. Yes. The cost of samples is up to how many samples our customer requests. But sometimes 2 or 3 samples are free for customers.
Q. Do you request MOQ if we place a trial order?
A. Yes. MOQ for each item should be 500PCS
Q. Are you factory or trading company ?
A. We're factory since 2005 and we have exporting license.
Q. Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory locates in Unit B-805, No.4 Bldg, Duiying Road, Jimei District, Xiamen, Fujian, China.
Q. Do you accept OEM or ODM orders?
A: Yes, We do both. And we have our own design team to provide designed images as per customer's requests.
Q. What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Our MOQ is 1000pcs as usual. For small quantity orders, we could accept 500 with stock colors or materials.
Q. Can you accept customized logo?
A: Surely, The logo can be made in silkscreen printing, heat transfer printing, rubber patch , embroidery , metal plate etc.
Q. What is your payment terms ?
A. Normally T/T 30% deposit and rest 70% in 7 days after showing the copy of B/L, or L/C at sight for amount above US$ 100,000.
